Professor Lahti employs the MDAS in many of her research group’s longitudinal cohort studies (NFBC and FinnBrain).
The MDAS is used in undergraduate training in University of Turku Dental School and also at least one of Finland’s public health and social welfare areas, and notably the national student health services as part of their extensive health record.
